These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 77td online betting platform ("77td", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"), accessible at https://77td.cam. The Platform is an English-language online betting and gaming service built for Pakistani users, covering sports betting, live casino games, slots and instant games.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 77td. By registering an account, accessing any part of the Platform or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including all policies incorporated herein by reference, such as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform and should close this page immediately.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

By completing the registration process on the Platform, clicking "I Agree" or equivalent, or by continuing to access or use the Platform after updated Terms have been published, you confirm your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

Your acceptance is a precondition of your use of the Platform. 77td reserves the right to verify your acceptance at any time and to suspend or close your account if acceptance cannot be confirmed or if you indicate that you no longer agree to these Terms.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on 77td, you must satisfy all of the following criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator or license jurisdiction. Proof of age will be required during the KYC process.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• Jurisdiction: You must access the Platform only from a jurisdiction where doing so is not prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for confirming the legal status of online gambling in your location.
• One Account: You may hold only one registered account on the Platform at any time. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order on the Platform or any linked platform operated by the same operator group.
• Not a Problem Gambler: You confirm you are not registering as a means of circumventing a self-exclusion you have set for yourself elsewhere, and that you are not registering under the instruction of someone who has self-excluded.

To use the Platform's full features, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information, including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number.

You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Any change in personal circumstances that affects your eligibility must be reported to 77td promptly via the support channel.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 77td will not be held liable for losses or damages arising from unauthorized access to your account that results from your failure to maintain credential security.

You agree to notify 77td immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security. You can do so via the 24/7 live chat available on the Platform.

77td is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations. Verification may be required at registration, before processing any withdrawal, upon reaching certain deposit thresholds, or at any time at 77td's reasonable discretion.

Acceptable identity documents for Pakistani users include, but may not be limited to:

• CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) — primary form of ID for Pakistani nationals.
• Valid passport — accepted as an alternative to CNIC.
• Proof of address — a recent utility bill, bank statement or other official document confirming your residential address.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal facilities or, in cases of prolonged non-compliance, account closure. 77td reserves the right to refuse to process a withdrawal until verification is satisfactorily completed.

All deposits to your 77td account must be made using payment methods currently available on the Platform. The availability of specific deposit methods — including those referencing familiar Pakistani payment services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — depends on the operator's current configuration and is subject to change without notice. References to these payment providers are illustrative only and do not imply endorsement or affiliation.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts or instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the point of transaction and are subject to change. 77td reserves the right to decline any deposit at its reasonable discretion, particularly where anti-money laundering procedures require additional verification.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted through the cashier section of your account. All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed full KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Your withdrawal details (account name, payment method details) must exactly match the verified personal information on your 77td account.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fully completed before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. Withdrawal requests submitted before wagering is complete may result in forfeiture of the active bonus balance.
• Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods in the User's own name. 77td will not transfer funds to third-party accounts.
• 77td reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal and may request further documentation at any stage of the withdrawal process.
• Processing times are governed by the operator's published withdrawal policy and the selected payment method. No specific processing time is guaranteed.

77td reserves the right to delay, decline or reverse any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, account policy violation, or where verification requirements have not been met.

77td may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions and other incentive offers ("Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to the specific terms associated with each offer, which will be published alongside the relevant promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that Promotion only.

The following general bonus rules apply across all Promotions on the Platform:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified per promotion. Bonus funds and any associated winnings cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met.
• Maximum Bet: While a bonus is active, Users must not place any single bet exceeding the maximum bet limit specified in the promotion terms. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the entire bonus balance.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute different percentages toward completing wagering requirements. Percentage contributions will be specified in the promotion terms.
• Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus balance or associated wagering progress that has not been completed by the expiry date will be forfeited.
• One Bonus at a Time: Users may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• No Abuse: Bonus abuse, including opening multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and possible account closure.

All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules for each sport, event, game type and market. Users are responsible for familiarizing themselves with applicable betting rules before placing wagers.

In relation to sports betting — including Pakistan cricket, PSL/T20 matches, ICC tournaments, football and UFC events — the following general rules apply:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Odds may change before confirmation is received.
• 77td reserves the right to void bets in cases of pricing errors, technical failures, or where the result of an event is already known at the time the bet was placed.
• Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to the Platform's live betting rules. Connection issues during live play are the User's responsibility.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per bet type may apply and will be displayed in the relevant market or betting rules section.
• 77td reserves the right to decline or limit bets from Users at its reasonable discretion, without obligation to provide a specific reason.

Casino and instant game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems operated by the Platform's technology providers. 77td does not manipulate game outcomes. Theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages, where available, are published in the relevant game information screens.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and potential legal action:

• Fraudulent Activity: Any attempt to defraud 77td or other users, including the use of stolen payment methods, chargeback fraud or identity fraud.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Use of Bots or Automation: Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence systems or any other mechanical means to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Collusion: Colluding with other users or third parties to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live dealer table games or poker environments.
• Exploitation of Errors: Knowingly exploiting pricing errors, software bugs, system malfunctions or incorrectly displayed odds. Any winnings derived from exploiting known errors may be voided.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to launder money or facilitate any financial transaction related to criminal activity.
• Underage Gambling: Attempting to register or gamble while under the minimum eligible age.

77td is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides tools to assist users in managing their gambling activity, including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps within your account settings.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose in a given period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently close your account if you feel your gambling is becoming problematic.

77td will not be liable for any loss, damage or inconvenience suffered by Users as a result of Platform unavailability, including any inability to place bets during live events such as PSL matches or ICC tournaments. Users are advised to place time-sensitive bets well in advance where possible.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77td shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data or anticipated savings.
• Any loss or damage arising from a User's reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics or game descriptions.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to a User's account where such access resulted from the User's failure to maintain credential security.
• Any delay, suspension or termination of services due to circumstances outside 77td's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 77td's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software code and the overall design and layout — is the intellectual property of 77td or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from 77td.

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

77td collects only the data necessary for account operation, transaction processing, KYC/AML compliance and customer support delivery. We do not sell user data to third-party advertisers.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 77td is registered and licensed to operate. The applicable governing law and dispute resolution mechanism will be communicated to users upon request and will be published in the operator's full legal documentation.

Pakistan-specific notice: Pakistan has gambling restrictions, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. 77td does not claim to be licensed, approved, regulated or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial government authority, or any Pakistani financial institution. Users in Pakistan are solely responsible for determining the legality of their participation in online gambling under applicable Pakistani law.

77td reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavor to notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure through the support channel.

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting support via the 24/7 live chat on the Platform. Any verified real-money balance (excluding active bonus funds subject to uncompleted wagering requirements) will be returned to you through an available payment method, subject to standard withdrawal verification procedures.

77td reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where:

• A User has breached these Terms or any applicable policy.
• Fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity is suspected or confirmed.
• A User fails to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• A User is found to be ineligible to hold an account (e.g., underage, restricted jurisdiction).
• Continued operation of the account presents unacceptable regulatory or compliance risk to 77td.
